WEDC May Board Meeting-

This is sent to all members but only register is you plan to attend. This is simply a notice.

The Board Meeting will be at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens in Murray Hall. If you would like to order lunch from Clementines, call Clementine's at Call Clementine’s at 256-830-4447 ext. 224.

Committee Chairs-please email your reports to Katie katieellon@yahoo.com and she will email board packets out before the meeting. Committee Reports will be posted to the website upon receipt and available for viewing. In an effort to save trees, no printed copies will be brought to the meeting.

Meet & Greet hosted by the Executive Committee (12 Jun 2012)

The Executive Committee and Board of Directors invites you to attend a “Meet and Greet” for prospective members on June 12, 2012. This event will be a 1 ½ hour gathering which will focus on getting to know prospective WEDC members before the board votes on them in August. We feel this would also be a great opportunity to let them know more about our history and the mission of the organization as well as getting to know them. If you are planning on sponsoring someone, please fill out your Intent to Sponsor forms on line so that we can send a formal invitation to the prospect. These invitations will be mailed on May 21^st so I encourage you to submit you forms ASAP.

We hope that you will make plans to attend this event in June. Details are listed below:

Join WEDC for "Dine & Dash" on Thursday, July 12 at 6 p.m.. This is a two-hour trolley tour of five different downtown establishments. You will dine on hors d'oevers, sip on cocktails, & dash to the next locatin. The cost per person is $30.00.
